Wonder if the rear two rubber bellows that are attached to the end of the steering and gate cables are suppose to be water tight? I found a couple of small holes in mine and was wondering if the holes could allow water to enter the boat. If I need new ones, where could I find them?
    Thanks

Think most boat supply companies sell them and I would replace them if they have holes in them.

I think replaces them no matter what, but if there are holes in the bellows does that allow water to enter the boat?

If they have holes and they get submerged water will leak into the boat.
