Tested the new carb upgrade at Knights Landing outing, some probs still. Running 2 650 holleys, tunnel, BBC, new Proform carb bodies. Kept same jetting as before carb. upgrade of new bodies, 73s and 80s. jetting.
1. Engine hesitates a little upon excel. (did not before upgrade). Maybe I need to put accel. pump quirters on from old body ?
2. Upon slowdown from cruise speed to idle engine backfired thru carbs and quit , did this at times before upgrade.
3. Upon hard exceleration some popping thru exhaust. Did not do that before body upgrade.
Any ideas ?
