can't get it up

I have a 20' starcraft cps tunnel 2.6 gt with all the perf. parts made and it will not fly under 80 mph . To hit 80 mph I must go through a violent porposing stage from 40 to 80 . Any help out there?

You need tail lift, try a cleaver and you should run after planes in the tunnels.
