    tgrabinger,
I've got an Exciter w/2.6 GT Johnson, hyd. jack.I put the sea star system on 2 years ago.I should have put it on 6 yrs.ago.WOW,what a dream, alot easier than dual cable,no feedback no matter how high i jack the motor,on slop to adjust out of the cables.DO IT!!!! http://free.***boat.net/ubb/biggrin.gif http://free.***boat.net/ubb/biggrin.gif

I agree! Teleflex Sea Star Pro with the kevlar hoses is the best thing I ever did to my boat.

Just about all the new bass boats we get in at our marina with the big rigs on them, run the Teleflex Sea Star system and you just cant ask for anything better!! Fairly easy to install and low maintainence, kinda expensive, but well worth the price! Dual steering can be a pain to rig and even worse to replace. GO FOR IT!! I can hook you up with a system if you need one, dont know the prices off the top of my head, but if you like i could check and I could have it to you in about 3days.

My yellow STV in this forum has it and dig this. I can actually let go of the steering wheel @ WOT and the bitch goes straight.
Do not try this at home. This stunt was done by a professional in an uncrontrolled enviroment!

I race in the SuperSport class and most of us use the seastar system, it works well.
