1974 Glastron CV-19 Average Speeds, anyone?

Curious as to what a 1974 Glastron CV-19 SS is suppose to go for speed? Anyone?

My friend has a 21 that does 55 (according to the stock speedo)

Thanks for the quick reply, thats a start for me with the new built up 455 Olds Motor I have it now. I will wait to see who else responds with answers for more details. Also what size motor did your friend have and what kind of impeller or modifications did he have if any. Like any changes in the pump (stock is 12JC-A) or maybe even a different snoot, or bowl. Thanks. Still searching for what I am suppose to be getting out of this boat and then I can compare a little more to what I will be doing to it.

His had a Ford 460 and a berk pump, but I'm not sure on all the details. It's been years since he had it out. Everything was bone stock, but in really great condition...hope that helps
