I copied that from a google search on Drunk Chicken didn't even pay attention to it!! I just saw Take chicken & place the beer up the bird's cavity & sit on grill.

Thats what I thought, I just made it for the first time Sunday! We called it Pollo Boracho, I used Tecate! It was awesome, I just found a thingy at Walmart to put the beer can into to help it balance on the grill....
Well it turned out pretty damm good. And they weren't kidding when thy said the meat falls right off the bones. I'll definately be doing this again.

Take two bunches of garlic, cut the ends off, set on top of the beer can, and viola.....drunk smelly chicken!!!! and tasty shit also!
