Races in Bakersfield?

I have been told that there is going to be races in Bakersfield next month. I have heard two different dates. March 4-5th and March 18-19th. Which date is correct or will they be running on both dates?

According to njbaracing.net, 2006, schedule it says that the race is the weekend of the 18th-19th.
