    Saftey spares dont like heat..... is it worth it to rip off a fender? just get a real spare.

    While on the subject of trailer tires, what load range of trailer tire are you guys running? Load range C, or D? What load range would be typical for the weight of a 19' Jet with a BBC dual axle trailer?

    I would like to hear what Tom has to say about the tires, but here is a good inexpensive bracket. I have one and mounted it vertically on the frame right next to where D-man has his.

    El this is where I originally got the info that made my mind up I was lucky enough to scam some tires off a trade in boat but I suspectmost good tire shops can help Tom

    I run load range D bias ply but my boat is heavy.
