I'm looking for a low buck jack plate (probably manual not hydraulic) for my '81 American Multicraft Tunnel with a 175 HP Merc.

A used manual jack plate with no more than a 4" set back is what I'm interested in. I will raise the 175 HP Merc just one time to the correct position and then never move it again. I need raise the outboard between 3 and 5"

You can try Chuck Goodman 318-965-0201
They make Rapid Jack set back plates, manual, no motors, lots of possible configs. can add neg trim, etc...
Another place would be www.screamandfly.com (http://www.screamandfly.com) classifieds.
May even be easier to design your own, I have some great setback pictures I took at a boat show and on many outboards I was looking at when I designed mine. Email me and I'll be happy to share some pics with ya.
