Seems to me this is more about revenue $$$$ than anything else. The speed zone has an excellent record for safety yet the city wants to impose a permit and limit to speed for the center of the lake

Thats BS, I liked the way the lake was setup, a little something for everyone...if they wanted to make the lake safer they'd put a restriciton on all the morons that go by old POS jetskis and run around in circles on the lake. I'm a big fan of jetskis, not a fan of morons letting there 12 yr old kids run around on the lake.....NO big deal, my boat wil only do around 45 anyways...for all you speedsters out there, let me know if I need to sign a petition to stop this....
