    Some Kind Of Monster
So I've been looking at new (used) trucks for awhile now and I have a good idea exactly what I want. I have found a couple 04-05 Chevy trucks in the $15-$18k range and since I have never financed a truck before (always paid cash) I am wondering what I should be looking for in terms of a decent monthly payment considering I have good credit and about $3k for a down payment. Thanks for any input!

Off the top of my head, on an $18K truck with $3K down, you should be in the $300 a month range for 5 years.

Just checked my credit union's website and they're at 6.99% to 18% depending on your credit on vehicles 2004 and newer with a minimum loan of $15K.
