How much space rent and how far from the water?

Rent should be in the 350 range and that spot is roughly 200 feet to the lagoon, drove by it Sat.
River shores is a great park, ramps are slippery but nice lagoon, you can ride atv's right out of park into desert. River Reflections is mobile park next door and same ownership. The motel next door is the best kept secret in Parker. Very family friendly, only negative is no garages but storage for rent on the property.

Yes it is a duoble wide with two additions also. One is a sunroom-reading room and a laundry room. The lease is 235.00 per month for the space rent. Here are the rest of the pics...
