On my old American Turbine SD309 pump it had a provision for a second outlet on the right side of the
suction housing, I opened it up planning on using it
for an intercooler. can a Dominator pump be drilled for a second outlet? does it effect the performanceof the pump?
I was just thinking a second one could be plumbed directly
into the intercooler without effecting the engine cooling
    system.

Just tee off the one you dont need much water for the intercooler
