    Has anybody heard of these guys, they are doing some pretty cool things with valve technology. Here is the link...

    I posted the dyno results above. Insane torque, over 400 ft pounds at 1500 rpm. Its better then a diesel

    That's an interesting idea, don't see why it wouldn't work, I wonder about long term durability, wouldn't want to see the results if one of those got gummed up or dirty and hung the valve open. I do like the original thinking.

    That is a good point about the gumming up.......They are saying it is not an issue because of the more efficient combustion....I would like to see a motor with lets say 150,000 miles on it though. I am sure it would translate to boaters, but I was thinking more of towing, can you imagine the improved mileage, being able to tow your boat at 1800-2000 rpm up a grade. I really appreciate people thinking outside of the box so to speak. It is so easy to get complacent in this day and age.
