I only have 496HOs and at 3000 RPMs I run 30-31 MPH. At 3500 RPMs I run around 35 MPH.
I have topped it out around 54 or so at 5100 RPMs.
With the 525s, you can expect a top end improvement of about 4 MPH and likewise at crusing speed.

We love it. It has been really fun s far. Much different pace, however we have so much fun. I do miss the fast stuff, but the other pluses of this boat exceed those of the others I have owned.

I used to have a 370 DA. Very nice but VERY slow. Great when the kids were babies. Now it's all about tubing and wakeboarding. I'll keep the deck but would love to have a high (somewhat) speed cruiser. Wifey had to have that bathroom and the genny
