Clarion M475

Who is useing the Clarion M475? How did you do your sub? I see the third set of RCA's are not going through a cross-over from inside the head unit and are full range. Are you running an external cross-over or does your amp have it built in to it? What is the best way to do this?

Thats the route I was looking to go.... looking a the JL M1400. I already had an old MTX280 2ch left from a system that was theived from my old truck... that was all they left me. The left the Kenwood head unit too but it smoked when they cut all the wires at the sametime putting 12vdc on the RCA's. They must have seen and smelt the smoke coming from it. So I guess I'll get a new mono block JL amp. I have the 300/4 and 500/1 in my truck now and like the clean power they produce.
