...But damn my neighbors are already POed about the sound of the exhaust... Got to love it
They'll get over it...or they won't !
Well i got the valves adjusted. Not hard once some one showed me whats up.
Now i just need to set the timing and check my pressure sending unit.
Shes got plenty of oil but the guage on the front did not move. I think its wired wrong so ill just replace it and get a new sending unit as well. Very inexspensive. Ill have video posted soon... Woot!!!

Invite them over and give 'em a couple of beers and they'll get over it. Hell, might even enjoy themselves.

I dont think so. I live in a "transitional" neighborhood. I think they are crack dealers hense why I carry a loaded gun while working on my car and keep a loaded M4 and shotgun in the safe at all times.
Its not really that bad but i will be glad when they die off or sell so some yuppies will by the place and fix it up.
But below are a coupel of short clips. the first one was her initial turn over. I cut it right off as we had the throttle cable too tight and it caused it to rev high.
the second one is a bit longer but it backfired as the timing is off. The oil pressur guage was acting screwy so i need to replace that and get a timing light. Once thats done Ill have her tuned up and in the water for a test run... But maybe not until next weekend. Damn that job thing... Oh and a flame arrestor is on the menu as well.
