I plan on installing a puke tanke on my motor. Question is I know it will help prevent the breathers from from blowing oil, but will it stop all together or am I to exspect some oil to blow thru the puke tank breather. also I run over 700 hp will any issue develope due to a single breather on a puke tank set up.

A single breather has worked great for me. It is a -12 line running from the top/front of one valve cover to the puke tank pictured.
You will get a little condensation in the puke tank (depending on engine operating temp) mixed with a small amount of oil from vapor. But no mess out of the breather as long as your engine is (rings) sealing fairly well.

This is with 598ci and 950hp.
The tank is a Jegs brand, and it is a pretty nice piece for $70 (includes breather, jic to an fitting and jic plug.

Yes a tank will prevent most oil splatter. Just the distance the liquid oil has to travel is a help, and also the escaping pressure can't, or shouldn't, carry liquid oil with it. It is also a help to have the exits from the covers as high as reasonally possible to prevent the liquid from turning the corner towards the tank......If there is alot of blow by, all the breathers, hoses, and tanks aint gonna cure it......MP

I don't think I have blow by just a little splatter from higher constant rpm,
I just want to keep my engine bay shinny that all.

I see acouple of smuges in the engine bay. I won't tell you where, you're just gonna have to clean the whole thing again, shoot another picture, and I'll tell you if you got it........MP

Here is mine I made. I also put baffles in the puke tank behind the fittings. So if oil gets up there it will hit the baffles and fall out of suspension. I also tigged a fitting in the valve cover and under the fitting is also a baffle. The puke tank also has another -10 fitting on the other side for future plans. I also put a drain in the tank too.
Here are a couple of pics.
