I have similar pods that I bought off of ebay and they work well. I installed an amp under the driver seat on top of a sub box for more bass since those speakers don't put out alot of low end. I ran the ipod cable into the glove box to try to help keep the ipod a little cleaner. Works great and sounds great. I first tried the head unit and trashed it the first run out. Don't waste the money on a head unit!

a head unit will last if you have it in a fully enclosed enclosure. I got mine from BRP and works awesome.

I put my headunit in the glove box and bought the locking glove box from Black Rhino. So far no problems. The locking glove box seals better than the stock one. Mounted 2 6x9's under the dash. Sounds good enough for me. After all it is just a Rhino.

been thinking about doing the speakers under the dash. Right now I have two infinity 6 1/2 speakers mounted under the seats. Kinda hard to hear if your going full throttle. How do you like the speakers under the dash, and how are you keeping the dust that might get in them under the hood?

How waterproof are most speakers and/or would a marine speaker be a better choice.
(I ask like I will ever have my own Rhino )
