Just buy some hex stock and drill and tap the ends.
Or send me the dimensions and I will have my guys make you one.
Did you ever check out the cavitation plate turnbuckles that Rex sells? I know you have to choose between setups for 3/8" or 5/16" ends, and you need one of each. All you have to do is use the larger size and put a bushing in the end for the 5/16" bolt.
Budlight's suggestion of checking with March Performance is also along the lines of my prior suggestion to check out the whole street rodding industry by picking up a "Street Rodder" magazine. Lots of parts/ideas that can be used in our boats.
Do what info says, get a couple of heim joints and some hex stock and you're done.

Im sure i could find some stock, buy a left hand tap, hunt down a rod end with left hand threads and make one myself but i'd rather just buy one. I just placed an order with Rex and the guy told me they did not have any with different size ends.

Thats why I suggested getting a 3/8" turnbuckle and slipping a bushing into the hole on one end to bring it down to 5/16". You could probably find a bushing at a good hardware or bolt supplier(or make one from some tubing).
Of course an alternative would be to get a 5/16" setup and drill one of the ends to 3/8", providing there was sufficient material to do so.
