Need iTunes Help:

Hi.
iTunes worked great buying and downloading songs for a year.
Suddenly I can no longer get the buy songs menu to appear nor will it react to my iPod,
I read others on HB have the same issues. Anyone find a resolution?

Make an appt at a nearby store. I did this and ten minutes later they gave me a replacement ipod...
