I was in the middle of solving a Tq equation when I Typed that and had 'ft. pounds' on my mind ... Thrust Force is in either Newtons or Pounds, Rotational Force typically in Foot Pounds (here in the U.S.) ... My Bad.

i do believe thrust/force is notated in lb/f, not foot pounds. in calculating the thrust/force, mass, and the velocity of the mass, must be taken into the equation. units cancel out to pound force. there are simple conversions to newtons, dynes, poundals, etc., if someone desires.
