really?? im planning on a nice turkey sandwich for lunch and then turkey taco's for dinner. yummy

take all the leftover turkey, put it in a roast pan
shread all the meat, add some water and a bunch of those taco season
mix packets, boil it on the stove or throw it in the oven
roll the seasoned meat in corn tortilias (real small amount)
and deep fry them
I stick a tooth pick in them to keep them rolled, and dunk
them in the fry daddy with long tongs
best tacquitoes you have ever eat'n
add guacamole dip and pig out!!!
they go great with beer and a football game (NO HOMO)
or a diet pepsi w/ three ice cubes

We didn't have any turkey left so I went out Friday and bought another 18 pounder to cook just for turkey sandwiches.
