I listened to it again this morning and Bill Handle kept saying that Joe Horn said he was going to kill them. I never heard those exact words but he did have the right to protect himself. He also said at the end that they came into his yard.
I've had written permission to go armed on my neighbor's property for years...makes the decision much easier.
