Thats just not for a ford, thats with any engine.
Get ahold of lakes only here on the boards, He just finished a sick 521 ford that made that power. Don't see that kinda power out of a 460 though, might need to stroke it a bit.

Do you want to keep it a 460 our are you going to build a stroker?
Give me some parameters and I'll give you some idea's. And do you want to do it with one carb or a T/R?
There are a couple of engine builders on here that can build you what your looking for, but you need to spell out a few things like:
Cubic inches,Compression ratio,intake type,cam preferance, head preferance if any?
Edit: If you aren't going to stroke it, 750 hp out of a .060 over 460 (472) is 1.58 hp/cu.in. which is real easy with the right set of head's and enough compression.

There is an article in Engine Masters (Popular Hotrodding) about a pump gas 466 big block ford making 700 hp and 600 ft lbs on pump gas with a mostly stock short block. As far as a builder check out http://www.arsmarine.com/ or also http://www.dssracing.com/.
