    I talked to my machinist today and I'm going to take the crank and block to him on Thursday. Block was originally machined about 5 years ago, been sittin! Anyhow , everything is back on track! picked up my Alum heads today. Should have this put together by end of next week!

    hopefully the housing bores are on the small and he swipe the line hone through it and open it the high side.If its on the high side X's are all you can do or polish the crank some.Most of china cranks come on the high side try and .003 and crank and rods

    Clearances on the mains measure .001 on rear main, and .002 on the rest of the mains with std Clevite77
    That is a bit tight, tight is good for somethings but not in this case.
