The rules that HB set have not been followed ,so is this just a control issue?

When new management comes into a company, the best thing they can do is fire a bunch of people.. Makes the rest of the herd fall inline.
I expect some people were just made examples of, to show they aren't playing around. I gotta admit though I am surprised at the people they are banning? Well surprised at some of them anyways?

My guess is someone has been watching the board for a while and decided a few members were just too much drama, And a large group is going to couse more trouble over banning these few so lets just go ahead and ban this entire group before they have a chance to stir the pot.
