It should get up to top speed in a hurry.
I started out with a similar setup.
Are those the seats that fold down flat, I have sleep overnight on those
same kind of seats, although I don't remember why
Strap a Verado 350 SCI to that thing!
Nice style of boat, love those tall merc motors
