Newbie, need a little help.

I am going tomorrow to look at a jet boat. As far as the pics I have seen, it looks like a cheetah daycruiser, but like I mentioned in the header, Im a newbie.
The guy is moving in a couple of days, and trying to sell it before he leaves.
What should I look for upon inspection to make sure its worthy of hitting the river. Besides the obvious hull damage.
Never owned a jet boat.
Give me some tips.. He wants 1500 for it, and here are some pics..
