Thread: Another Hull question

    Though registered as a Cougar, I don't think it is and the first 3 letters don't help much as it's V1P, VIP is a house boat firm, haven't seen a house boat go 75 mph.....
    So Here's some pics..
    Also having a heck of a time keeping the Berkeley cleanout cover o-ring in place, doesn't matter how much I tighten the cover, that pesky o-ring gets pushed right out of the cover, any suggestions?

Take the cover off and use a big file to flatten the oring surface of the pump housing. If that doesn't work Glue the oring in the groove with 3M 8001 adheisieve, availible at most auto part stores

    he could possiblily be create'n too much intake pressure as well, i've seen that blow a handhole cover in half before, not fun.
