    Did Upland PD impound it? If so .... don't think you'll get a "good guy" deal. Remember they are charging you a daily rate. Good luck, sorry I can't help you out.

    Not sure the Law in Cali, but in other places it is mandated by city/state regs on what it is going to cost. I know in Texas it is min $15 a day on top of tow. 1 day usually ran $68 and some change. I know of somepeople that do not want to pay impound and try to buy back at city auction. Never works. Bid price is set at recovery of fees and then it goes up from there. Good luck
