Guys, when I go to pull my motor, is it best to take the bolts out of the stringers, or should I remove the bolts at the mount and leave the stringer plates and bolts attached? Which is easier or better? Thanks Jay.

Leave the hardware in the boat. You don't want to loosen and retighten the mounting bolts in the stringers. You MAY crush the glass, or you MAY get the mounts misaligned. If the hard mounts stay in the boat, then the hard mounts on the motor will line back up.
