Looks to me like an old Turbocraft. Check out these pix:

I think these had Hamilton pumps usually with Chrysler small block "A" motors. (273 or 318). Not many parts around for these, but I think you could find a few leads for them on the above website.

That's an old Buhler (sp) from the very early sixty's.
They made the first jets and as a marketing gimick, they ran one of their boats up the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.

It is in fact a buhler turocraft from the 60's, my cousin owner one for a while, I actually rode
and worked on the thing, his was 24 center console
mid engine mount long shaft to pump powered by a
