Where is the best place to launch your boat for a test drive at Lake Elsinore. Are there any launch fees?
Elsinore West marina, on Riverside drive.
$12.00 fee.
Be careful going to Elsinore though, the water is getting very low. You may want to consider Perris . from Chino Hills, it is about the same distance. Just shoot the 91 east to the 60/215 South to Ramona Expressway. Its behind the big damn looking thing. Have fun

Lake Elsinore Recreation Area is still quite deep and I recommend it. Coming from the 15 freeway, it is before you get to Elsinore West, just after the Jack-in-the-Box. Elsinore West is getting a little shallow.
what part of lake elsinore has no speed limit? the recreation area or the elsinore west?
