hey old squit thanks,, I owe You... ok, its a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 960 sq feet. all new carpet and new linoleum in the kitchen. two 70' driveways, 40' covered, 1-driveway is 10' wide the other is 12' all appliances included, located 1.5 miles from windsor beach lauch ramp.no assoc. no rent you own the land (60'x100'lot) and mobile home.
Ohhhhhhh I forgot the price $70,000.00
man thats a good deal we payed that much for a beat up old white trash trailer in parker and could probaly sell it for 85k,just wish i could learn to like havasu naaaaaaaaaaaaa.j/k that is a nice set up.
