Big weekends after the 4th????

Well I got out for memorial, and have a trip scheduled to Black Meadows the week after the 4th of July. Was trying to get one more trip together to end the season. Whats a weekend after the 4th that the sandbars and what not are going to hopping? Any sugestions from Park Moabi to Parker? Aug, Sept, or Nov???
