I need help, we need to get our trailer into Parker or Havasu for the entire brake system to be replaced. Does anyone know a good reliable trailer mechanic that we could call??????
The boat is stored at BML, and we live in California, can't bring it home to get worked on since the brake system has gone bad.
Have only one shot to do it, putting the boat in the water for a week, taking the trailer to the mechanic for that week so we can bring the boat and trailer home for the winter.
    Thanks for the help, anyone.

Have you called the office at BML? They used to have a mechanic shop there that would work on all the resort equipment, and occasionally resident's stuff. (I know, I did it for several months.) If they fix the d36 Cats and other heavy stuff the Fields have laying around up there, trailer brakes should be a piece of cake.
They may be able to fix it right there, even without you being present.
