How much should one pay for a complete enclosed 25/30' by 10'?
I don't pay anything for mine right now as a favor from a friend, but I don't want to be freeloader. After all, he could be renting it out some yahoo and put $$ in his pocket. So we decided to figure out what a decent going rate would be for that and he said I could pay half of that. Seems like a deal to me.
I know I posted about this before, but I am too lazy to go back and look it up.
    Any info is appreciated,

    Interesting timing,
I was just checking on indoor storage for the new boat. The new storage place on 5th street near my house is $145 for 10x25 and $175 for 10x30. Also, I think the're bear proof

In Parker, ya can't find any.
In Havasu, if you can get on a waiting list,, the rate will be about 160 to 200 per mo. when your name comes up.

Mine at Hava a Storage in Havasu is 138 per month for a 30X12.
70 would be half, but since you're so far from the lake offer him 55.

    Thanks guys,
Just walked down there and had few beers over it/ We agreed on 40 per mo. Not bad.
I'd like to store mine out at the river (and can), but I'd hate to get all the way out there and find a problem. Having it two doors down from my house makes it really acessible and easy if there are any repairs needed.

We charge $5 a linear foot, min $125, inside our warehouse. Full right now though. Bear proof as well.
