How many miles from Catherines Landing?
its still on the market? I thought that would be gone by now, how deep is the garage? and how are the neighbors, are they locals, or weekend warriors like me?
its 7 miles from katherines and i cant believe it hasnt sold i over built it! one nieghbors resident the other is part time the garage is 22' deep im one mile from the river with the best launch ramp on the river!
great looking house, but the garage doesnt work out for me. cry good luck.
Are you firm on the price? Is the land included or is it leased? I might be interested. was debating on a motorhome but that might be a better deal!
