Hey guys, the trailer is in a "Trailer Park" The rent is $325 per month +-. The trailer is in the 2nd row. Must be 100 feet from the water. Could be 125 feet. A reload for your ice chest is just a few steps away from the cabana. Nice boat ramp. You have a view of the river out the front window; albiet a view between two trailers. I'll see if I can find a piture and post it. Has a great grass area out front and trees. Some good neighbors. Some are quiet family types, some party pretty hard at RR. Just a good mix of people.
What are the lease terms on land i.e. years, and is it tax deductible.
As far as I know, the park owners own the land. Your best bet is to check with your tax adivisor regarding tax questions.

we checked out a few trailers in your park before we bought one in river annex.liked the park,loved the location and view,hated the boat ramp the first few parks along that strech have some hairy ramps.
