For my information.
Whether you rent weekly or monthly, does the price include utilities?
Knowing that the a/c can sometimes be on 24/7, women can take long showers, etc, the bills can get pricey and can vary greatly. How does that affect the profit vs. risk of renting your house?
When I started renting to snow birds in 86. The rental company would have the snow birds change the utilities into their name and back to our name during summer. Well this was a hassle, then they decided to average the utilities and up the rent. This was fine for me until I sold my old house and bought a bigger house. Now the renter pays anything over $100.
