I'm trying to help some friends find a place to rent in Parker for April 10-14, does anyone have a place for rent or know where they should look? My buddies and I always do a guys only trip in April, but this time we want a house, trailer, condo(I guess we're getting to old for camping). My brother located a Condo for him, his friends and I, but that leaves my friends with no place to stay. I'm sure they would take care of it, we plan on spending the whole day and most of the night on the boat and at the bars, so really they just need it for sleeping showers and some meals.

They have a motel that faces the river as
well as several trailers that they rent.
Boat parking is good. Boat ramp is right next
to the motel and they have about 20 boat docks.
Unfortunately, Pets are not welcome....
