Vale lake is a private lake located off HWY 79 just outside of Temecula. We are selling a lifetime membership for use of Vale lake and Sundance Meadows campground and ranch. The lake is great for skiing, boarding and fishing and hardly ever will have more then a few other boats on it. Sundance offers camping, horseback riding and family activities. Aprox. $250 a year in membership fees.

This membership is through Sundance Meadows not Vail Lake but has rights to lake usage. The membership is transferable and lifetime with a transfer fee and yearly dues. PM me for more information if you are interested.
Price is $4800 plus transfer fee.

Yes there was a law suit where Sundance Meadows sold some memberships that did not follow the contract correctly. This timeshare however is pre that mess up. We did alot of investigations also prior to purchasing.

No... I will be in Pismo. I actually havent been there in a while,but we will be spending quite some time there this summer.

No speed limits written. Very few rules. No one enforces the rules. One rule is no alcohol, but the trash bin is always full of empties. We have never seen anyone on the water patrolling. No law enforcement either. Private lake.
