What do yo know about the AFR 345 Aluminium Heads ?? Was looking at them and thinking about a set.

I have not used any of the AFR heads. My personal choice would be the Dart Pro 1 345's. The CNC versions if you can afford them.

You might want to look at Ray Frank's 12 degree Pro-Filer Spreadport heads if you want some serious flow.

Thanks Guys... Just tryin'to get the most bang for the bucks...AFR's come ready to run with all top notch parts.Titanium Retainers,Ferria Valves , etc... and resonably priced ,what about the Darts Hardware ??

Darts come with Manley severe duty valves and comp springs and guide plates. Choice of models with titanium or steel retainers.
