Yes Tim they are crazy .... I do renovation for a a living and I can assure you there is no way to change a lousy motel room into a 160k condo .... However! marketing maggots have no earth based reality to work from so they just have to do with fantasy. They will almost certainly sell though , there are plenty of suckers around!
