Posting pictures?

I have some pictures of my boat fresh out of the mold. I have managed to get them to the media center, but how do I get them in a post?
Thanks for the help, as I am really a dork with this computer stuff!

Left click on the pic, chose properties, highlight everything from the //to the left, left click and pick copy, then go to the spot in the post where it sez image, right click on that, then left click in the spot and chose paste, then post.

No, Blown its right click, not left click!!
There's about 40 threads on this, but here goes..I find it works best to have the media center open, and the forum open at the same time.
Click on the image button down below and paste the url of the pic in it. YOu get this by right clicking on the picture in the media center. You have to back and forth, that's why its better to have them both open. click properties and highlight the url, copy it then paste it to the box that the image button opens up.
