June 16th People Magazine has an article on the "good times" at Havasu over Memorial Weekend, as seen from a Police patrol boat. Just what Havasu needs, more national publicity! The "good times" at Havasu are slowly coming to an end if you ask me....
The article has a little side note about a couple of girls who were killed in a drinking and boating accident on Havasu.
What I'd like to know where you find the "18' twin engine jet boat" mentioned in the article. Are those Sea-Doo things twin engine???
I think the article is interesting to read from the perspective of a Havasu boater though.

RTJas Sure are. Twin 130 hp engines. There are more twins engine twin jets here than the single Sea-Doos
It's getting bad.
