Anybody ever put a couple of aa batteries in their pocket with about a buck or so in change? Ouch that can get real hot. They were in there all day then after stoping for gas got back in the truck drove about 2-3 miles and felt something funny on the leg. Decided it was in my pocket stuck my hand in and those batteries were hot as hell along with the change eek! . They must have made a conection or something. Guess I wont be doing that again.

That's not nearly as bad as chewing tin foil...
I did that once with some batteries in my change portion of my purse. Not a good deal, it melted my $70 wallet.

Just out of curiousity, why did you have batteries in your pocket? On second thought, I don't think I want to know. Funny. They were for the camera if it went dead during the boat show. But left the camera in the truck so didnt need them anyway. But River Kitty can use my batteries anytime wink .
