Compress/ save them as an mpg or avi (Divx compression is the best www.divx.com, its free). Then you should be able to upload them to the media center as long as they are not too huge. If they are big email me and I will setup an FTP transfer for you.
How much is too huge? I just tried to upload about a 6meg AVI to the media center, it appear to upload ok but I never got any confirmation that it went. I also don't see it anywhere in there.
Hang on a minute, I cant remember what it is set to. I am also going to test real quick to see if the script is timing out.

It was set at 6megs, I bumped it up to 12.
