Things that don't meet your requests....No Gaffrig gauges (can be upgraded), no external steering, no silent choice...exhaust has built in canisters to silent (not switchable) I am looking to add some EMI manifolds and so on. But this would also not be switchable.
This boat is withing your price range. You mentioned you may be dreaming. I don't think so. Anything's possible.
I would like to move up to something in the 28-30 range. Wife isn't crazy about it, but if I sell ours maybe she'll have to give in.
